Reservation Processing Fee - A non-refundable $25.00 reservation processing fee is required for each reservation.
Reservation Requirements - Two (2) night minimum, three (3) night minimum required for the following holidays:
New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
General Policy - No specific unit is guaranteed
NO PETS- Guests with illegal pet will be asked to leave with no refunds or to kennel the pet.

Spring Break Policy: Immediate Family Groups Only - Age Limit: 30 years or older
Cancellation & Changes - Cancellation and/or changes to reservations must be received 7 days prior to arrival for
a refund minus cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 7 days are non refundable at anytime.
