RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
An advance deposit of the first nights rental is required
within 14 days of placing the reservation.
Cash, credit card, checks and money orders are accepted for advance deposit.
Payment for the remainder of the stay is due at check-in.
ALL reservations are for a minimum stay of two (2) nights.
A three (3) night minimum stay is required for the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Rates are subject to 13% occupancy tax. Towel exchange is provided daily and
maid service every 3 days. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time 11:00 am.
Cancellation Policy
Daily Rentals: Cancellations must be made 4 days prior to arrival, excluding your arrival date.
NO PETS PLEASE!
