Whether you are looking for just a month in the Fall for some premium fishing or looking to escape the cold snowy winters in the North. During the course of the Winter season The Dunes hosts several events for our Winter Texans enjoyment. With cooking classes from our local restaurants, dinner parties with a live band, potlucks, and Game Night, your stay at The Dunes will be filled with entertainment and excitement. Events start in January and we close the season with a BBQ poolside.
Policy
Advance Deposit
1/2 down of the first months rental plus a $25.00 non refundable reservation - fee
- All winter leases must be for a minimum of 60 days. A winter lease is any lease that starts on or before January 1st and goes into January or beyond. Fall leases must be for a minimum of 30 days, with the departure no later than January 1st.
- Any lease cancellation must be made through the front desk supervisor. Any lease cancellation made more than 60 days prior to arrival will recieve 80% refund of their deposit. Any cancellation made less than 60 days prior to thier scheduled arrival will forfiet the entire deposit.
- Changes in the arrival date can be made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any changes must meed the minimum Lease requirements. Leases are checked in on the scheduled arrival day.
